Do you connect with other bloggers while you’re out reading blogs?

Posted on January 29, 2007 by dc

I had recently learnt how blogging can build relationships. In the last few months, I have connected with many bloggers and even became friends with few, and I’m stopping here! Though we have never physically met but it is nice to share and learn with like-minded individuals in the world of blogging. I’m beginning to discover the whole new realm of relationship building and most importantly, I’m loving it!

What impresses me most is that there is so much sharing and learning in the blogging world alone. Being an internet and blogging newbie, I am learning alot just by reading blogs and the knowledge I received is more than a book can contain.

Being a WAHM, blogging opens up a new channel of social networking. Just like anyone holding a job in the corporate world, blogging is a fantastic way to meet friends, chat, exchange ideas, learn and gather support. For learning to really take place and to connect better with fellow bloggers, you need to put in some efforts on your part.

I like Liz Strauss‘ article on 7 great ways to connect with other bloggers while you’re out reading blogs. It highlights some blogging etiquette you need to know when you do your blog hopping next time.

Well said. I know exactly what you’re saying. I’ve been in the blogging world for 7 years now, and I’ve met so many awesome people. A few of my best friends, I met through blogging. It’s been an awesome experience, and it does become rather routine in ones life.

Nice to meet you, btw. I popped through from Top Momma.

    All the best to you!

    Hi!
Thanks for thinking my post is worth sharing!

I’m with Gina and you too! The exchange that happens is incredible and exciting. It makes it worth getting up in the morning! I so enjoy the time I spend talking, writing and in every other way in between that we find to send thought back and forth.

Hi Liz.. Thanks for dropping by… I enjoy your posts – keep blogging! I’m still preparing my interview questions.. will be in touch!
