May I add several more truths? Create your own vision of filling a need better than anyone else Create your business to allow you to shine, by identifying the things you love to do and do them and the things you do not like doing and have others do them. The most important person in the business is you the owner. As the owner you are the head, and the body is the business. As you shine so does the business. With growth comes change, and the need to do what you love more and delegate out even more, to work on the business. Go with your own instincts and remember if you like what you are doing and do it your way, so will your clients. I agree with the simple truths you listed to become successful at running a business.
