How do you ‘de-stress’?

What do work-at-home moms or home office women do to ‘de-stress’ every now and then? Personally, I love to book myself to a good massage, get a pedicure, enjoy some solitary moments over a coffee alone or with a trusted friend, take a short trip to Singapore, chill out with Clayton or simply, get some retail therapy.

One of the things I used to enjoy doing is to check out every new scent or perfume at the cosmetic section of the department store. Besides getting to know new perfumes, it is the packaging that interests me the most. I like collecting creative and interesting perfume bottles of all kinds. My favourite perfume happens to be Jasmine and Le Chèvrefeuille by Annick Goutal, whose other lovely fragrances include Petite Cherie, Hadrien and Camille.

    I enjoy a nice hot bath, a good book, a walk around the neighborhood. And if I’m really stressed just getting into my car alone, blasting the music, and taking a drive in our country side.
