We had a great workshop
We just finished our 2-day workshop with Ron Kaufman, which is our first event of the year. We are thankful for a full-house turn out and all participants left the workshop with lots of key learning points and valuable content from Ron.
Writing Back! is a fabulous program that teaches companies to respond professionally and tactfully to a compliment or complaint from customers. And no one has done it better than a trainer who is energetic, knowledgeable, creative and listens well. The 41 participants created strong dynamics among themselves and no one was seen bored, tired or listless. It was just one of those action-packed, content-rich workshops ever conducted.
We did something special for the first time. Every participant was awarded a little gift from Synergy Entire (our company). The gift was a handmade made, one-of-a-kind teddy bear made in top quality silk material. No two bears are the same. We were glad to spread the cheer and good cause to the corporates in a meaningful way. 20% of the teddy bear proceeds goes to 4 orphanages in South Africa. We are delighted that we can be a part of bringing hope and cheer to the less unfortunate.
