One of the simple and effective ways to grow your business is to think about our customers. Little efforts like Going the extra mile. Send a thank-you note in a customer’s packagem, a birthday card, write a congratulatory note when they get a promotion or receive a recognition award. There are all sorts of ways for you to keep in touch with your customers and bring them closer to you.

    Absolutely true. My loyal customers deserve to be treated like queens and kings. I do special things for them so they will know how much I appreciate their business and THEY appreciate the special attention they get.

    Some larger businesses tend to offer special treatment to those that aren’t yet their customers in an effort to gain their business which is certainly ok, BUT some of them seem to forget about rewarding their current loyal customers who have provided their bread and butter all along.
