Getting a remote access

Posted on April 26, 2007 by dc

For the first time in five years, we have an employee coming on board to our seminar business. To get her started, DH has been popping into our partner’s office to motivate and familiarize her with the project and business.

DH is thinking about subscribing to a Remote Access service so that he can access his laptop in our home office even in our other office. Besides, RemotePC is offering a 30 day trial with unlimited access so it is a great opportunity to test out the user-friendliness and reliability before we decide to subscribe to one of the plans. The basic plan is affordably priced at $49.50 yearly which is probably good enough for our small home business use. With remote access, you can also print documents from the host computer and files can be transferred easily from the host computer to the viewer’s end.

Anyone has any experience with remote access? I love to hear your experience if you do.
