I just felt it did so at the expense of the goal of my blog. That's why I spent some time writing about it. The interesting thing is how many people spoke up and said that because of the meme they're now reading my blog. That's an unexpected result, truthfully because I found only one other blog myself that I wanted to read - which I've sinced dropped from my reader. So I'm certainly grateful for these new readers. But I don't want to use these type of memes anymore to try to increase traffic. Thanks for the mention. For me, it did increase my traffic – which is a good thing.
