		<description>For me, it did increase my traffic - which is a good thing. I just felt it did so at the expense of the goal of my blog. That&#039;s why I spent some time writing about it.

The interesting thing is how many people spoke up and said that because of the meme they&#039;re now reading my blog. That&#039;s an unexpected result, truthfully because I found only one other blog myself that I wanted to read - which I&#039;ve sinced dropped from my reader.

So I&#039;m certainly grateful for these new readers. But I don&#039;t want to use these type of memes anymore to try to increase traffic.
