8 random things about me

Char of Essential Keystrokes told a bit about herself on 8 random things about me. She didn’t tagged me for this meme but I thought it would be interesting to share mine here…
- I have been busy picking up my toddler’s mess these last two weeks. It was one moment blocks, and the next flash cards. I bought him a set of Play Doh and since, we were both busy ‘cooking’ and kneading every day! Actually, this is my time playing with Play Doh!
- I always dream about being a floral stylist. Love being near flowers and discovering new exotic blooms from the gardens and nurseries. I collect many flower books and enjoy looking at creative arrangements. Actually, I am a co-owner of a flower shop in Singapore.
- I haven’t been to the movies since Clayton was born, that would be 2 yrs 8 mths! Also, I have cut down so much on TV, the only show I watched longer than usual was the American Idol finale nite.
- At one time, I wanted to learn golf, just so that I could enjoy a game with my boyfriend (my husband now!). I was getting myself familiarize with golf stuff like Callaway golf, Nike golf… then, he told me he quit the game, I quit learning too!
- Shoes, shoes shoes – I can’t resist them! My favourite is still Camper, Crocs and anything else that looks cool and nice!
- I don’t like horror movies. I watched Potergeist in 1993 and wouldn’t be at home alone for 2 weeks!
- Sad movies make me cry… they still do, since I was a little girl. I can be tough on the outside but a marshmallow on the inside
- No matter how upset and annoyed I am with my little boy, I am thankful for this little blessing everyday… he has brought so much fun, joy, excitement and smiles to my life.
