		<description>This sounds good, but I&#039;m not sure how useful the backup would be.  I mean if you get just bunch of html files you couldn&#039;t really turn those back into a blog.  If you have wordpress or something, you&#039;d really need to get a backup of the database and then a backup of your files and theme.  

Otherwise you&#039;ll have the content, but not realistic way to put it back in a blog format.  I guess some backup is better than nothing, but people need to think about the restore process not just the backup.</description>
