Whirlpool Brand Mother of Invention Grant
Karina left a comment on my post and I would like to share it here. This post is made specially for moms – sorry, dads.
Now, here is the question: Are you a mom with a great product innovation, invention, service or business idea, but don’t know where to begin? Here’s the good news. You can now start by entering your idea in the 2007 Whirlpool Brand Mother of Invention Grant contest.
Organized by Whirlpool, the 2007 Whirlpool Brand Mother of Invention Grant is designed to help moms see their dreams be put into realities. The Grant will provide moms with the necessary business resources, such as seed money and expert advice, to help moms unleash their hidden potential and fulfill their hidden goals. One of the judges is the founder of my favourite children’s program, Julie Aigner-Clark, also creator of Baby Einstein and co-founder of The Safe Side (thesafeside.com).
Joining her as guest judges and entrepreneurial advisors are the co-founders of the innovative meal assembly franchise, Dream Dinners (dreamdinners.com). Working mothers Stephanie Allen and Tina Kuna established their business with a mission to bring families around the dinner table by creating a timesaving method of meal preparation.
Here are the prizes, moms:
