It hasn’t been a great weekend for me plus the fact that I’m experiencing some serious healing reactions that rob my voice away due to a throat infection. A on and off fever is common during the detox process so I’m not worried about it. What I find it uncomfortable is I can’t talk with anyone on the phone, I can’t liase with my print production team, I can’t answer my client’s calls… that adds up the inconvenience. But please don’t let that hinder you from doing something for your body.
If you haven’t read about my detox week, head down to my health blog. A detox is a much needed process to clean up and rejuvenate our body to prepare us for greater and better days ahead.

A lot of people are very ignorant. Once they get worse,they are scared and they will blame the method/medicine is bad,thus spreading bad words around about the medicine.
My hubby n I were once foot reflexologists and we know the reaction caused by the treatment…;D
