I just noticed that there has been an increase in women’s summits, conferences, workshops and seminars lately. In just 2 weeks’ time, there will be two women conferences held in a week. Some of the popular topics include women’s independence, personal development and entrepreneurism. It is good to see that more women are speaking on platforms to share on working life and nurturing the family, inspiring more on the skills to balance both. Some are focusing on how women can make IT work for them and other work life balance issues. Have you attended any women focused programs lately?
