learning brings growth
I just got back from a business/leisure trip from Singapore and it was one fruitful trip of meeting with few wonderful business people and catching up with my family. I love to network with business friends and a short meeting, whether over lunch or coffee, always inspire a learning opportunity for me. I realize that learning should be a continuous process no matter who you are and how old or young you may be. I had lunch with Stuart, my internet marketing friend who shared some tips with me on SEO. Then I had a 3 hour meeting with image consultant and expert, Jill Lowe, who would be my speaker for my workshop in October and seminar next April 2008. I can’t wait to attend her 2 day workshop in Dressing Strategy. For the first time, I’m enlightened on how our physical appearance can affect business decisions and outcomes.
