a little thought means so much

I seldom received special treatment like this but my DH came to me this morning with a magazine and asked if I would like this lovely sofa chair from Century furniture and guess I said? I was so pleased that he had read my mind after a shopping trip last week in a furniture shop. He normally won’t bother to remember what I like and fancy so this offer came to me as a lovely surprise.
Being working partners and life partners all these years, it is easy to take each other for granted. So these are little things where we can do to add little sparks in the marriage and daily routine. A simple gesture can bring smiles and meaning that last for a very long time.
