get energized in the home office
One of the ways to feel energized in the home office is to take a power nap in the afternoon. Power nap means a real short nap that does not exceed 15 mins. If you haven’t tried that, you should. It will energize and refresh you, leaving you with my energy to finish that load of work on the table. I used to dim my kichler lighting on my desk and nap at the corner of my home office on my tatami. If you find that power naps do not work for you, try getting on a trampoline for a few minutes or do a series of light stretches to get more oxygen in your system.

Hi!
I worked in Barcelona for about three years. As all should know La Siesta is common in Spain. With lunch stretching 2 hours, most would take a short nap after a light lunch. Like what you have said, such naps are indeed powerful!
Blessings!
Wow – that’s must be great! I love to visit Spain!
August 15th, 2007 at 12:55 amHi, this is a great place! We often look online to see who is talking about “power naps”, and that’s how we found you. We specialize in creating useful products for relaxation, and Power Nap Kit is our major entry in the “rest and feel more productive” category. One of the things we’ve learned about power naps is that it’s very important to make sure you wake yourself — on purpose — after 15-25 minutes. Napping longer than that will leave one feeling draggy, groggy and feeling like the nap wasn’t worth it. We built a special chime into Power Nap Kit, so users will be awakened automatically, without having to set an alarm. You can use Power Nap Kit anywhere — at work, on planes, trains, in cars, airports — wherever you need some quick rest. You can check out more at power nap kit
