new way of learning: online tutoring
I know of few friends who are stay at home moms and work at home moms and we do share our parenting tips with each other every now and then. Some of the mommies spend most of their time guiding their children in their school assignments and homework. Others are too busy with their businesses that they had not much time to follow up with their children’s progress in school. I have heard about how online Tutoring can benefit busy working parents. I believe most of us have been to a tutor at least once in our lives. I had a few when I was struggling with A-Math and Physics in my high school days. With online tutoring, children can receive help from all kinds of subjects including grammar, Geometry, Biology, Science, History, Econs, Chemistry and more. There are also online exam preps for TOEFL test, SAT and other prep tests.
I believe the advantage of online tutoring lies in the fact that this can be done anywhere and anytime, unlike conventional tutoring where an appointment has to be fixed at a specific time. Besides, it is more affordable than conventional tutoring. Unlike what some people think, online tutoring is personalized to the child’s needs and work progress. I guess it’s time we change the way we learn and live.

Tutoring is also an excellent opportunity for Moms to work from home with flexible scheduling. I’ve been tutoring now for a little over a month and love the ease with which I can schedule hours throughout the week.
Agree with you, cindy.
