One of the simplest ways to gain more traffic to your site is to thank at least one of your visitor in a day or week, depending on how many commenters you had for that day. This gesture of gratitude can bring back the visitors with many referrals along the way. I tried this method some weeks back and had seen this person visiting my blogs on a regular basis. Though we may reply to the comment in our blogs, an email to thank the person for commenting and visiting adds a nice touch. It’s a little like customer service – learning how to thank your customers, in this scenario, your visitors are your customers. Try it and let me know if it works for you.
