Whatever site or online store you own, it’s important to take customer service seriously. In the last 2 weeks, I had submitted 4-5 submission forms to travel companies requesting for more information on our upcoming Hawaii cruise, but sadly, there was not no reply. The only company who replied 2 days ago only did it once and when I wrote back to clarify something but again, no reply. What do companies set up websites, have a help link for visitors but do not take time to respond to requests and enquiries? I can only think they are not taking their businesses seriously. And this is annoying. So, as a customer, the company who responds promptly and shows me that it is serious in my business gets the business. And this cruise deal is not a cheap one to begin with.
