We live in a super internet age where everything can be accessed online at the convenience of our homes. Unlike previously, buying something such as office supplies, laptop, your favourite shoes, beauty skin care, apparel, home and living items can only be done in the shops and that can take up time with traveling, driving...etc. But the internet helps us to become better and more savvy shoppers, even on matters like shopping for for mortgage loans or personal loan. At one time, DH wanted to refinance the house as we were short of funds for the business but being someone who is careful about owing money, I wasn't ready to have take on any debt burdens. Anyone who is planning to start a home based business should try not to get into any personal debts or big loan. Do the calculations on your finances, curb your spending habits and work within your means. It is alright to take risks at some point but you should discuss this with a financial advisor if you need any are facing any financial difficulties.
