how about a home gym?
I know it’s common to have a home office these days but what about a home gym? I am glad to share that we have a mini gym in our home. It is not an extravagant one nor is it a dedicated room with all the equipment you see in a clubhouse or fitness centre. But we have everything we need to stay fit and trim. A rebounder to get those lymph nodes working, dumb bells for toning the muscles, fit ball for balancing, stretching and warming up, stretch band for strength training, a leg magic to work on the thighs, legs, abs and buttocks and a yoga mat for stretching and push ups.
I saw a website selling Pull Up Bars and thought this would be great to add to our home gym. What’s great is that you don’t need special equipment or installation for the pull up bars, no drilling or mess. It can be mounted over the door and fitted across your doorway, depending on what you are after. This may be just another way to take a break from the stresses of work and the home office.
