Being Happy helps to overcome stress
Few months ago, a friend of mine told me that he was suffering from anxiety or panic attacks. I must admit that that was my first time hearing about such a condition. I did some read up on this topic and found out that one of the best anxiety attacks and stress management techniques, the best vaccine to any diseases is the general feeling of well being. That is being happy. Take time to ask yourself: What can I do now to be happy? Indulge on those pleasures, singly or socially, as long as it generates within you a feeling of happiness.
