weekend syndrome

It’s Friday and the weekend is here. Today, I wasn’t in the mood to do much serious stuff so I asked DH out for lunch – just the two of us – and turned out that he had the same idea. We headed for the new Carl’s Junior Burger joint that opened up in the nearby mall and had a real expensive burger lunch; it wasn’t something we were too excited about.
It was just one of those days that I just wanted to take things a little easy, did some research on our Hawaii vacation ( I bought a new travel guide by Fodor’s), did some reading on mineral makeup…etc. Maybe it was the itchy throat I was having… or maybe it was the weekend syndrome!
