My week ended with a dilemma for a situation we are facing with our Singapore office. This new business is experiencing teething problems with a morale issue that needs to be worked on. On some days, I felt like waving the white flad and on others, I was more positive in working things out. I realized that how I felt was affected largely by my attitude.
