I’m sure many of you are Mozilla Firefox and filezilla users – for me, it’s my favourite browser and easiest uploading application in the web. Now, there is STOPzilla, an award winning technology that allows you to “detects, blocks, and removes Spyware, Adware, Pop-up ads, Phishing attacks, hijackers, rootkits, Trojans, bots, drive-by downloads, rogue programs, messenger service ads, keyloggers, malicious BHOs, dialers, and much more.”

And for those who are irritated by pop-up advertising, STOPzilla’s highly advanced popup blocker intercepts and destroys all forms of Pop-up advertising. However, it is able to identify legitimate pop-ups (banking sites, e-mail, etc.) from unwanted, annoying ads. While most basic Pop-up blockers do not block Pop-ups delivered by Spyware/Adware applications, STOPzilla’s Pop-up blocking technology blocks both Web site-spawned Pop-ups and Pop-ups launched by Spyware/Adware applications.
