learn to be wise financially
In a recent conversation with a friend, we were catching up on our lives and discussing things about the internet, online shopping, urban living, technology, parenting and financial experiences. Then, she shared with me about her recent loan experience from a local bank and the news surprised me.
Many years ago, getting loans was an uphill task unless you had a good financial or credit history but it seemed that things are different now. These days, it is easy to secure any kind of online loan via the internet, be it secured or unsecured loans. My friend ‘s example is one. She was in some credit card debts from her house renovations so she resorted to asking the bank for help. Her application for her secured loans was approved by the bank within a week. It just took me by surprise that this could be only one of the common cases of people seeking financial help so readily from banks these days. Personally, I still believe that being financially wise is important to avoid any financial woes and problems.

Very true indeed. Before, getting your loan approved by banks is very difficult, you must have something you owned to make sure that the bank will have something to get from you in case you can’t pay the loan.
But now is different, you can get your loan approved by the bank within weeks or better within days.
I have to agree with you, even if it is easy to get your loan approved nowadays, spending your money wisely is still the best way to avoid financial scarcity.
