anyone been to the Houston Rodeo?
When my brother in law was here for a visit few month ago, he shared with us his experience at the Houston Rodeo, which I understand is unique to Houston. The event takes place every March which brings together over 1 million spectators each year, far more than anyone expected.
The Hannah Montana Houston Rodeo organizers recommend that anyone who wants to attend the event make reservations well in advance. As a first timer himself, my brother in law got a ticket at the far end which didn’t allow him a close and clear view. With all the excitement and cheering from the noisy crowd, it would hard to watch if you are not in the front. But for him, it was still a good experience of watching the wagon race, bull riding, wild pony racing, and the music concerts featuring all the big names like Bon Jovi, Beyonce, Miley Cyrus and Faith Hill, to name a few. From his description of the day’s event, I believe it will be a nice experience to be part of the fun during the series of performances.
He only wished that he could get a chance to be seated at the Action Seats where the real action could be caught. I believe he would be able to fulfill his dream if he book early for his Hannah Montana Houston Rodeo tickets come next Spring. Anyone been to the Hanah Montana Houston Rodeo too?

Hi there! We moved to the greater Houston area several years ago and we went to the Houston Rodeo two years ago. I purchased 2nd row Chute Seats on the same night Alan Jackson was playing. These were fantastic seats (second row behind the bull rider’s area) and when the concert started they gave us camp chairs and escorted us onto the arena floor to sit in front on the stage. We has special parking, passes to a private bar/restaurant area and we had complimentary food & drinks during the rodeo action.
The seats, convenience, access and comps were well worth every penny and I still love taking the camp chairs to parties and outdoor events because everyone asks about them.
Please e-mail me if you have any questions at all!
(PS…the front row seats were more expensive than the second row and after going I was very glad that I purchased the 2nd row seats. There really was no difference when you are sitting there.)
Hi Erin, thanks for sharing your experience with us!
