a peek on weight loss pills
Weight loss pills, also commonly referred to as diet pills, have been used by many women, for years now, to lose weight. Although not all diet pills are the same, you will find that most work by suppressing your appetite. This is what makes you feel the need not to eat, thus reducing your calorie intake and, in turn, you weight.
Even if you are interested in buying your weight loss pills over-the-counter, either locally or online, you may want to think about consulting with you primary care physician anyways. What you need to know about weight loss pills is that they are not all created equally. In addition to some weight loss pills not working, some may even be harmful to your health. If you are unable to speak with your primary care physician about diet pills, you may want to at least do a little bit of research online. This research should involve visiting the online website of the pill manufacturer, as well as reading product reviews online.

I have always been lead to believe most over the counter weight loss pills are really ineffective. Not only are they bad for you, but they do not work. IF they do work, once you stop taking them the weight comes back. So many people should learn to eat correctly and exercise and give up the idea of a magic pill.
November 28th, 2007 at 2:36 amusually reducing pills is good only if you are still taking them, after you stop for sure you will be back on your old size. I’ve used several diet pills few years back but sadly i gained weight again after a few months of taking them.

My little advice for lose weigth is: listen your body and mind, do exercises and eat half of your normal meal…
With this method I spend 10,5 kg per 8 weeks
One day I decided to my weight loss. I have 35yo and 170cm height. 8 weeks ago my weight was 91kg that was point I decited to prepare simple diet plan (eat what your body and mind want but no more than 1500kcal per day!) and started exercises: running 4 days a week (30min, ~5km in the morning) and training in th fitness club 6 days a week
(stationery bicycle, and little boxing exercises with boxing bag but everything no longer than 45 minutes in the evening).
Effect? Now is 9-th week from start and I lose 10,5kg without any problems with health!!! Now my weight is about 79,5 kg, I eat what I want… and I can’t live without solid exercises
I still running 3 days a week, and training with boxing bag.
My point of view is simple – every diet plan without fitness and exercises is not good solution to weight loss and improve quality of life
BTW. Sorry for my english – I still learning.
