an amazing week in waikiki
It hasn’t been easy finding time to update my blogs during this week but that’s because I’m on vacation! I have been ‘busy’ with capturing special moments our Clayton and the beautiful sights… looking at these pictures remind me of how blessed we are and the wonderful times we shared as a family.
One of the annoying things I experienced during the week was that my lithium battery ran out and I couldn’t snapped more pictures… just like last night. The fireworks was on at our hotel (it happened every Friday) and I couldn’t capture the finale – sigh!
But yet, we had an amazing week in Waikiki. Despite those light showers, the weather has been perfect with lots of sunshine and clear blue skies. The sunsets were beautiful especially the one I witnessed yesterday. I don’t know why people keep telling me that Waikiki is commercialized and unattractive but I will come back again just to watch these lovely sunsets. Having a beachfront room at the Hilton Hawaiian Village is an added bonus for this trip.
We set sail on the Pride of America today… so exciting cos it is our first cruise! More reports coming up!
