I was meant to visit Dubai last year but I had my arm twisted into going to Cyprus. This was one of the best holidays I had ever had it was so easy to travel to and once there it was only a ten minute journey from the airport to Larnaca. I was able to try two of the five golf courses located in Cyprus (http://www.golfing-in-cyprus.com) Vikla Golf and Aphrodite Hills Golf Club. another activity I was able to have a go at was diving Cyprus has such a great selection of PADI diving schools you are spoiled for choice (http://www.diving-in-cyprus.com). I am planning on a trip to Dubai later this year and I hope that it will be as good as my trip to Larnaca.
May 23rd, 2008 at 11:10 pmI like the flexibility of self-catering as well; however sometimes its just nice to check into a hotel and get properly pampered, and fed delicious goodies that other people have cooked – or indeed get out into the city and soak up the local culture and cuisine in the restaurants. I have to confess to living in Sydney for six months and not cooking once – just too many good restaurants to choose from.
