Finding your own personal balance in life is important if you’re going to achieve the health goals that you’ve set for yourself. If you don’t find this balance your life can feel out of control and overwhelming. I know of many women who take lots of supplements to stay youthful - from taking grape seed extract to super multi-vits. You need to be clear about what it is that you need for yourself and to satisfy those personal needs.
One technique that you can use to attain this balance in your life is a tool called “mind mapping”. Mind mapping was developed by Tony Buzan and is the process of learning by using key words and images. Your mind doesn’t work in a linear fashion and mind mapping will help you to remember things associatively so that you can achieve more balance in your personal life as well as manage the projects and goals that are important to you.
