new office space set up
For the last five years, we have been so comfortable and happy working in our home office but after much consideration, DH has decided to get a new office space in preparation for our company’s expansion this year. We will continue to work from home while our new staff will report to work in the new office which will eventually be the stop for all our business activities.
Setting up an office is definitely more demanding than having a home office since we need to make sure that it is a professional meeting place with our business associates. DH has been thinking about installing Call Center VoIP Phone Systems instead of using the expensive and traditional ones which tend to call for more maintenance which in turn increase our costs. Apart from cost reduction, the Nimbus VoIP Call Center edition can be set up within seven working days which is much faster than installing and setting up PBX systems and other phone lines.

I have owned my business now for 12 years and have recently been exploring the idea of getting an office out side of the home. My boys are all 11 to 14 years old and very independent capable of taking care of them selves for an our or two after school. Plus I could offer my company the opportunity to double or triple our profits. But many things would change if I made the change.
1. It means higher employees which means insurance and Social Security.
2. It means rental and utility expenses.
3. It means implementing a phone system.
4. Investing in office furniture.
5. Investing in several new computers.
6. It means not going to work in my pj’s! (and this would be the hardest change to make!)
So I am still contemplation which route to take. If you have any advise I would appreciate any you can spare!
