We tend to think that heart related illnesses such as heart attack or Congestive Heart Failure can occur only when we reach a certain age like 50 and up. Before you get too complacent with this assumption, you may be in for a surprise that more and more young people are suffering from cardiac issues. Stress, smoking, high cholesterol, cigarette smoking and excess weight are only but few risk factors of a sudden cardiac arrest. Reduce your intake of toxins such as caffeine

Eat little and often rather than gorging yourself
Eat more slowly - most of us eat too quickly which is not good for us
Exercise at least three times a week -find exercise that you enjoy
Get some fresh air- get out by the sea or on the moors away from pollutants
