my nose allergies

I can get pretty fussy when it comes to sleeping mattress. Ever since I found out about my nose allergies, I am careful to choose latex and anti-dust mites ones or I won’t get my good night’s sleep at all. It gets hard when I’m traveling cos I won’t know what sort of mattress is used by the hotel I’m staying in so I’ll normally bring an air mister or portable air purifier to eliminate my concerns. Lately, I have been introduced to a sea salt nasal spray to help with my nose stuffiness and it seems to be working. Hopefully, that can relieve my allergy symptoms and help me breathe better in cooler days.
