A Meeting Place for All Home Office Women

Let me begin by greeting all the mommy readers - A very blessed Mother’s Day!

I was in Singapore to celebrate this special occasion with my mom. Though we didn’t anything spectacular except for a nice lunch in a Japanese restaurant, it was special enough for us since mom hardly goes out when I’m not in town. My mom and myself aren’t the best of friends but deep in my heart, I love and treasure her and I’m eternally grateful for what she did for my brother and myself. She had a bad marriage and hard life yet she is that sort who never gives up on life and things.

My prayer for her this day is that she stays healthy and enjoys a happy old age. Like I said, though we aren’t the best of friends, she’s one woman I truly respect, love and honour in my life. I know she won’t be reading this blog but yet, I still want to say, “Happy Mother’s Day, mom’.
