It’s the long weekends for us here and I can tell that my preschooler is getting bored from not having any busy activities to occupy him. Since I was recovering from a cold and mild fever, I insisted that we should head for a light and plain meal, nothing rich and oily. I’m one of those who prefer an organic meal when I’m ill, just like choosing a natural acne treatment over one that is full of strong chemicals.
Just when Clayton got too bored in the afternoon and started using the stool and steel basket as a drum set, daddy pulled out a Child Size Junior Drum Set (for kids) that he had kept for months! He wants to wait til Clayton is ready and it seems that he is today! Clayton was happily drumming away his Child Size Junior Drum Set and that kept him busy for a couple of hours. Work at home parents do need to be creative in keeping their children occupied and entertained so that work can get done… sometimes, we just depend on caregivers or the school to do the job.

Awww. Thats cute. How old is Clayton by the way? I’m sure my nephew would love one of these drum sets. He’s 4 by the way.
