It’s the Weekends in the Home Office
It’s the weekends again! This is a long weekend for us and I hope to ‘shut’ the home office for a day so that I can spend more time with my child.
While having a conversation with a friend, we started sharing thoughts about the traits of a work at home mom. I told her that a work at home mom tends to be cost conscious and she does lots of research before splurging on something. Normally she would be careful with how the family spends their money and she would probably give luxury hotel rooms a miss during family vacations.
As the credit squeeze gets tighter at these challenging times, the work at home mom thinks of ways to bring in more for the home business. She still thinks of the best for her children and her family while doing more to make sure everyone is happy. The fact that she can work from home also means less expenditure on the road and she will make sure her productivity level stays at the top.
These are just my thoughts about the work at home mom… a little weekend chat as we wind down from our home office.
