In the last few years, the internet has opened up lots of opportunities for people to earn money from home. It is now increasingly common for people to want to start a home office business and earn more money to supplement their main income; or if possible, enable anyone to enjoy flexibility of working from home while spending more time with family.

In less than two months time, we will be entering a new year. Looking back, I was just packing up my home office and now, the year will be over soon! I suppose all women working from home will find that time does pass us by really fast with a daily routine and a busy schedule. For some, find time for a breather, a vacation or a cup of coffee is out of question but often, these are the breaks we need to help us walk the extra mile in our lives.

It was an easy weekend with our first Halloween party. We were never into such celebrations but this year, our five year old got an invitation and so, we were there to have a little fun while catching up with some friends. These days, I try to refrain from spending too much time in the home office on the weekends and even if I have to, it would be a short moment of checking emails and clearing some stuff. I try in my best ability to be a balanced mom working from home and not wanting to make my child think that work is all that matters.

Of course there were errands to run such as grocery shopping, touching up the home office and even searching forterm life quotes online. Lately, I was preparing for my trip to down under end of this month. I find myself needing some space and I’m craving to be in the outdoors of clean air and serene environment. Living in an urban can be demanding for the mind and body for all women working from home.
