Home Office Moving and All Comments Off
The day has gone so fast every week as we prepare ourselves for the big move. The home office is more or less cleared from clutter and the next step would be to start putting things into boxes. We can’t believe how much clutter we have accumulated over the years!
Friends have been telling us stories of migrants to down under. They tell us about how strict the Aussies are with speed limit and some even tell us to consider radar detectors for our cars. I don’t suppose we’ll have problems cos we aren’t fast drivers. Then we are reminded of the strict traffic rules which will be adjustment since they are more relaxed here in Malaysia!
It’s kinda hard to work now with so boxes placed around the home office. And finally I ordered my ergonomic office desk and chair from Archikids. Since we are planning to work from home, we have decided to get a good set of table and chair. I got myself an adjustable one from kids2youth and I believe it’s much cheaper than MOLL, which is german made.
Tomorrow we are heading to the furniture factory to check on our furniture which we ordered last month. With the rising Aussie currency, it just makes sense to buy it here plus the factory prices we got was huge savings. Then we are off to Club med for the long weekend and this will really be the last vacation before we migrate in December.
