I was shocked for words when I saw the digital weighing scale that evening when my son prompted me to jump on the scale. I wonder where did the extra two kilos come from? It must be too much sitting in the home office, I thought to myself. Then, I think it’s because of those desserts I have been consuming after meals!
Well, I suppose I have to be responsible for my own weigh gain and I really need to do something about it. Maybe I should check out some quick weight loss sites or maybe I should just stop buying frozen apple pies for our dessert moments! I think I’ll head to the gym next week or perhaps I should start brisk walking like I used to do. So many thoughts and suggestions in the head and yet, what I need is to get down to business and do what I need to do. Procrastination is my weakness and I need to overcome it.
As the month of March approaches, I need to make so business goals for our home office business and get the online business going. I can’t be waiting for another month and giving any more excuses. I’m glad I’m realizing my shortcomings and with that, I can work towards my goals for the year. I’m looking to a new month and I know it’s going to be a really good one!

Working Mothers are among the most vulnerable to stress and excessive fatigue created by trying to balance between work, family and social life. Stress and anxiety can cause working mom’s to be tired and lacking in energy. There are a lot of things vying for her attention: co-workers, the boss, the kids, the husband, the best friend, dealing with their in-laws, her church activities, and even her bible study group friends. It’s enough to make a mom feel so drowsy, lethargic or listlessness. Below are some tips for working moms:
• Know how to delegate task
• Organize everything your schedule, your things, your activities
• Make sure you truly love your job, avoid workplace stress or any job related aggravation.
• Tame your inbox, get rid of unwanted mail
• Make a To -do-list
• Make used of your calendar, jot down the important events and stick to it
• Put labels to your things when you sort them out, filed or put into filing cabinets
• Stay active- a few minutes walking, or cycling
From the above, I found that one of the most important thing is to get organized in my schedule. Without that, I can find the levels of stress surmounting and that’s when I would need to seek for acne treatment! It may be inevitable to avoid a busy schedule but with careful planning and some adjustments, you don’t need to let stress get the better of you!

When women get together they often have a common topic to discuss. From parenting topics to where is the best place to buy vegetables, they can go on and on for hours! This is what I like to do when I’m with my group of work at home moms, there is just so much to share and discuss.
My hubby is always puzzled by us mothers who can get acquainted very fast within minutes whereas he would take a longer time to get to know others. I told him that women have so much to discuss, from how to reduce stretch marks to how to handle a defiant child. We learn so much from each other and it doesn’t hurt to exchange notes! I’m glad that I had gotten to know some Asian moms in the last few weeks. We even went to Bible study together and lunches on some occasions.
Next week will be another busy one as hubby and myself sit down and list down our internet marketing plans and activities. He had found a new system and we will be discussing and getting started on it. Sometimes I wonder when will my week be relaxing and stress free… then again, I thrive better when I’m under stress, just like many moms I know.
