10 steps to reduce tension

For the last two weeks, tension fills the air whenever I step into the home office. DH who is also my working partner has been feeling down and stressed with our current project which is presenting some hard challenges. I came across these 10 steps that can help reduce tension and hopefully he can be reading them too:

1. Identify the real cause of stress.

2. Should not give immediate response to stressful event ,always take little time to think.

3. Past is past so always concentrate on future events and gather courage and willpower.

4. Don’t be bothered about your loss but find out the reason and try to solve it.

5. Face all situations with confidence.

6. Keep faith in God and worship Him.

7. Always hope for the best.

8. Always keep a positive approach.

9. Count your blessings.

10. When you are tensed think about others who suffer from more serious problems.

12,Before doing any thing plan a solution to face a negative situation.

13,Should not live only for money.

14,Help the poor people .

15,Visit the sick people and give them moral support.
