If you are new in affiliate marketing then let me suggest that before you start anything, you should take time to identify a niche. The fact is, even if you are planning to just create a blog for monetization purposes, it’s still important to pick a niche. While I’m not an expert in niche blogging or affiliate marketing, I can’t tell you how important it is to pick a niche if you want to succeed in internet marketing.

So for a start, ask yourself what is your passion. Otherwise, do your research and find out what the market demands. Do keep in mind that what the market demands usually come with a steady stream of competition. I believe some of you are familiar with best weight loss pills reviews, web hosting reviews or acne product reviews in and around the web. These are examples of popular niche areas for work at home moms or stay at home moms like stretch marks prevention, cellulite solution..etc. Still don’t know which areas to focus? Go to your local bookstore, browse through the magazine racks, talk to your family members and friends and gather ideas as you speak with them.

I’ve been back for a couple of days from Singapore and have been catching up on my home office workload that are piling in my head. Hopefully, I’ll launch two websites by this month and I can’t wait to mention them once they go LIVE!

But for now, I would like to share something with you. Since end 2006, I have been blogging in my home office and this blogging activitiy is somewhat complementing what I’m doing as a work at home mom. I believe many of you work at home moms own blogs and may be blogging for sometime now. Lately, my blogging buddy has been sharing with me many niche blogging lessons which have been enlightening and inspiring for me. You may know about blogging but my question to you is, “Do you know how to make money through niche blogging as a work at home or stay at home mom?” If you do, good on you and keep on the good work! If you don’t, then it’s time to find out how many stay at home and work at home moms are making money through their niche blogs. Maybe you are tired of your bpm job and like to explore on making money through niche blogging.
