A dear friend of mine found me on what’s app yesterday and we started chatting. We haven’t been in touch for a very long time so it’s good that technology has provided an opportunity for people to rekindle friendships.

She has been a stay at home mom for a few years and she doesn’t sound too pleased about it. I believe that many stay at home moms love to do something with their talents and skills while still being there for their children and fulfilling their responsibilities as mommies. But it can be tough juggling time and priorities though it has proven that this balance is possible. Many moms have jumped onto the internet business wagon and started niche blogs and sites that can bring them an allowance or regular income. Lately there are some popular topics in the internet arena and that includes diet pill comparisons to muscle building sites. Reviews and Comparison sites are popular because more people are searching online for information everyday.

If you are a stay at home mom who can’t find time to do anything else other than looking after the house and kids, take heart. You can soon maximize your skills and talents when your kids are more grown up or spending more time in school. With determination and the willingess to work hard, you will be able to find something that works well for you.

I got an email from a friend asking how she can start earning some money as a stay at home mom. Many of them know that I’ve been blogging for the last two years and sometimes, it puzzles them that I can make an income from blogging.

It all started when I began doing paid reviews for advertisers. I didn’t start off thinking that the income from blogging can pay for our family vacation. I just wanted to learn how to blog and along the way, my online network grew and I became more active in paid blogging. When you write reviews for advertisers, you can expect all sorts of topics, from writing about Proactiv acne cream to Online Business Programs to Credit Report Repair. But the nice thing is you get to choose your advertisers for some of the paid blogging networks.

While I cannot tell or predict on the future of paid blogging, it’s still a good way to earn some fuel money or pocket money for stay at home moms who run blogs. And for those who criticize and have negative sentiments about paid blogging, just be more open since this is a legitimate means of earning a living for many. Not many people have great talents and skills so we just have to be as useful as we can – for the good of ourselves and those around us.

Recently, a few of my girlfriends have resigned from their full time jobs so that they can spend more quality time with their growing children. This is a sacrifice that is not easy to make but more mothers are choosing to be SAHMs and WAHMs for good reasons.

Work at home moms and stay at home moms enjoy spending time guiding, teaching and developing their young children including teaching them to read, write and play. Homeschooling is also the next best thing for some parents are constantly relocating or wanting to inculcate certain values on their kids.
