There is no doubt that children need their parents, which is why many families are selecting either the man or woman to work and stay at home while the other works in the marketplace. The process by which the selection is made is based entirely upon each family’s decision, but all experts believe that children need parental guidance in order to happily mature. It isnít enough to simply hire a babysitter or leave the children at preschool.
A stay at home dad will get to spend the most time with the children and will be responsible for many of their daily activities. Making sure that they have well-balanced meals, are dressed properly when going to the store or play with toys that convey a positive message are just a few of the responsibilities of a stay at home dad. Fixing the furnitures, the broken oven or cleaning Wire display racks are more tasks a stay at home dad may even undertake.
Being a stay at home dad is one of the best jobs in the world and will likely is the most rewarding career that any man can perfect. A closeness with the children and watching them grow up as loving adults will be a reflection of how they were cared for in their earliest years.

Parenting has been extremely challenging for me lately. For many work at home moms, our time management is crucial to ensure a productive day as we balance between work and our family life. But when our children get fussy and cranky, it can disturb more than just our work, it can take a toll on us emotionally, mentally and even physically.
I’m one work at home mom who believes that we should take time to care for our physical health. I know that some of my friends have a gym to go to for a good workout before heading back to their home office. I look forward to my Pilates class every week where I can take a break off work and do something for my body. As I improve on my breathing and muscular movements, I feel confident and upbeat about work and life. I feel mentally stronger and alert as I embark on a hectic schedule of any work at home mom.
This afternoon, I have to take some time to settle some home matters including getting a broken fan fixed and an insurance quote for the family. When you work at home, it’s important to make sure everything at home works fine and dandy. Hopefully the challenges I face can ease off as the weekends draw nigh. It looks like I need more sleep and abit outdoor activities and I sure hope the weather improves by then.

It is always good news for me when I hear that more women are choosing to become work at home moms. I know this is not always feasible for some but those who have had the experience to work from home can testify that this has been one of the best decisions they have made in life.
I just returned from dinner with some relatives and learnt that my hubby’s cousin has started a new business which allows him to work from home. Before that, he was in the workforce for many years and had recently discovered a business opportunity that enabled him to shift his focus. He was sharing about the freedom and joys of being a work at home dad as he could send and fetch his kids to school and be more productive than being in the traditional office. He focuses on outsourcing for corporate companies and this business seems to indicate a potential growth for him. They recently came back from a long vacation and it was nice to hear stories of jamaica Hotels and the islands. I only wish I can be there too!
Working at home doesn’t necessary mean you need an internet business but it does mean that you need to be riding on technology powers and stay connected with your clients and suppliers. So start thinking of a business that can allow you to work from home and you will soon discover the surpassing fun and satisfaction you can get from this new found option.
